 "Just wanted to share that the power went out in our area last night - but not for us! I woke up probably 10 min after it must have gone out to the hum of the generator so never noticed the switch over and then heard the generator stop about 6 AM but didn't notice any flicker of the switch back.

I also appreciate the mentor/mentee teams that have done work in my home. It's a great way to ensure consistency in your team and train team members. 

George listened to what I wanted to accomplish and was very thorough in his explanation of what he would need to do, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. He brought ideas and details beyond what I would have expected. Customer Service was great. I heard back in a timely manner. Very courteous, kept the space clean, and explained anything I needed to know before they left. I have already referred Hoegen Electric to the builder/remodeler I previously used and will also refer them to anyone looking for a quality, dependable electrician. 

The customer service was excellent. Communication was excellent as well as the work performed. George was extremely competent, professional, and knowledgeable. 

 We appreciate your timeliness with both the estimate and the work! The technician assigned to us was very professional. I appreciated that he planned out what order to install the lights so that he was staying the least bit in the customers' way, he really went above and beyond by doing that and kept the work area neat and clean. We look forward to many more years of business together!  

You've got yourself a real nice representative. Ryan is extremely polite & courteous! I can relate. I had a fastener distribution business and a wonderful crew of long-term employees - both in the warehouse and in customer service. It's so unusual to find this in employees today and I believe that it's handed down by you and me. It's great to see that some of the young folks still want to work.

No matter the size of the project, Hoegen Electricians work through the process, make sure everything is lined up, and have the correct materials and time to get the job done. Communication, experience, size. They're big enough to have seen a lot and small enough to be personal.

Technician patient and explained things in a way that made sense - and I do understand basic electrical stuff. So he reaffirmed but also elaborated in a way I appreciated. Highly recommend.

The quality of work and attention to detail has always been impressive.

 The team informed us about what the process would be. My kids were home when the work was done and they were so friendly to them. They cleaned up the mess from the work and they left my house looking brighter than it was. Very helpful team and very courteous.
